  • No.

I do believe that we can co-create with the universe by learning the language of intuition and energy.

And I do believe in everyday miracles.

  • No. If you need mental health support, please reach out to a trained and licensed professional.

  • Basically, manifesting is having a thought, believing in it, and taking action to make it happen in real life. Psychologist Abraham Maslow calls it “self-actualization”. The problem is, survival, fitting in with groups, limited accessibility, and society’s programming tend to impede our efforts.

That’s where the magical meaning of manifesting comes into play.

You are far more capable of achieving your WILDEST dreams than you think. When plain old goal setting isn’t working, tapping into energy fields can help.

You can pray, meditate, learn how to follow your intuition, communicate with Ancestors, Spirit Guides, God, Allah, Trees, The Universe, your past lives, etc. to find alternate paths to your ideal lifestyle.

Anything is possible when you raise your awareness of these energy fields around you.

  • It can be. It is easier for people who feel safe and financially secure to manifest their dreams.

Systems of oppression, like racism, are built to prop up a hierarchy of power, keep the status quo, and prevent groups of people from manifesting their dreams. These systems are built on fear and lack mentality.

With mindset shifting work toward abundance, I will do my best to co-create an anti-racist, feminist, collaborative, more compassionate system, where more and more of us can heal, uplift each other, and thrive.

  • In any story, there is a hero (you), supporting characters, and a setting (your space). Now, this setting, and the stuff in it, can support or impede your efforts along your manifestation journey to your ideal lifestyle.

Your current setting is a direct reflection of your lifestyle. The arrangement of your stuff is a tangible result of your habitual patterns (or circumstances). What you show on the bookshelves and what you hide in your closet give a glimpse into your inner coach and inner critic. Your inner critic may be impeding your manifestations.

Reorganizing the stuff in your setting shifts the energy in the setting and in your life.

Reorganizing with a clear vision in mind clears out stagnant energy and moves you closer to your manifestations.

  • Hey! That’s not a question. And it’s not true for all of us. A little control is healthy. The way I work is very collaborative, so I’m not going to make you do anything you don’t want to do. You’re the driver. I’m the navigator.

  • Notice something you’re wearing. What made you choose it? Why did you put it on today? Where did it come from? What experiences do you associate with it?

Now, what feelings come up in your body when you think about these thoughts?

See, we associate thoughts and meaning to objects. Those thoughts create energy in our bodies, a.k.a. feelings. Feelings can help us or hold us back from reaching our true potential. I know that’s a big idea, but now think about everything in the spaces you inhabit.

Which objects and spaces encourage your growth? Which ones impede it?

  • Your style is best! There’s no one way that is best. We work with your unique way of living to figure out what works best for you. This may mean choosing different styles and testing them out until we land on one that works long term.

Also. Here’s a little secret: organized people don’t live in magazine and social media photos. Photos are for show. We all have a pile of dirty clothes somewhere, so relax and cut yourself some slack in this process.

  • When you’re feeling a need to change and are not sure how to do it yourself.

When you’re itching to make a difference in your life.

When you can make a commitment to do the work.

  • Great to see you’re already getting creative. We’ll work with what you have to fulfill your ideal lifestyle!

  • (You may have noticed that I started The Visionary’s Journey podcast during my Savvy Singles Studio days.)

The answer is: Yes of course! Your soul is on a solo journey too. It’s good to clarify the vision of who you want to be independent from your partner(s). I believe healthy relationships thrive on individual growth.

For space reorganizing, you’ll have the most success if everyone in the household is on board with your vision.
